In consideration of the tragic events at Resorts World Manila earlier today, Cebu Pacific would like to inform guests travelling to/from Manila today that they have made available the options of rebooking for free, get a full refund or place the full cost of the ticket in a travel fund for future use to ensure their safety in this time of distress.
Cebu Pacific Air is deeply saddened by the tragic events at Resorts World Manila earlier today.
We would like to inform guests traveling to/from Manila today that the following options are available to them:
- Rebook for free within 30 days;
- Get a full refund
- Place the full cost of the ticket in a travel fund for future use
Affected passengers are advised to contact our hotline, 702-0888 to make arrangements.
They may also message the official Cebu Pacific Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/cebupacificair) or Twitter (@CebuPacificAir) accounts.
We also advise guests intending to travel today to allot additional time for check-in and processing at the airport due to heightened security. Please note that some Cebu Pacific flights have been delayed or canceled as a result of this morning’s incident. Passengers who are affected by these canceled flights who wish to continue their journey will be rebooked on the first available flights.
